A 300 plus acre development in the mountains of Western North Carolina, VDC was engaged by the developers to help envision the community, including the amenity area with a community fitness, hangout and meeting space along with a pavilion with outdoor activity space, fire feature, and pickleball courts. VDC's scope also included design of a new community entry gate, mountain planning, fitness center and pavilion.
