Ryan Blau
Founder - Partner - CEO
Much of Ryan’s experience has involved development in complex mountain and desert environments. His background and intense interest in ecology and environmental planning has allowed him to gain an understanding of critical issues involved with development in sensitive environments.
Outside of Vision Design Collaborative, Ryan is active in several community and church organizations

Stephen Wyda
Founder - Partner - CFO
Steve has a strong passion for pursuing creative design solutions that are environmentally sensitive and that speak to the historical and cultural vernacular of the site.
His talent for design conceptualization is complimented by his attention to detail, an ability to effectively communicate both graphically and verbally, and his desire to collaborate in a true workshop environment.
Along with enjoying time spent with family and friends, Steve is a mentor with Big Brothers & Big Brothers and volunteers as an assistant softball coach.
