A schematic master plan for a new mixed-use village center. The plan explores the idea of using a traditional pattern for small-town main streets while incorporating an eclectic array of parks, gardens, plazas and water features that represent design ideals from a variety of eras from classical to contemporary. The buildings include restaurants, retail, and services on the street level with residential and office space above.
