A major renovation to transform an existing equestrian arena into a 45,000 sf, LEED-registered event center and exhibit hall. As a central element in the campus of the Mountain State Fairgrounds, the renovation provided the opportunity to significantly enhance the Ag Center campus.

Site planning focused on addressing several issues for the campus including creating a circulation framework to connect several key buildings and destinations, amplify the entry experience into the campus, and provide a central green space for performances and outdoor events. The design utilizes native and adapted planting with low-water and maintenance requirements.
