VDC was engaged by McMillan, Pazdan, Smith Architects to develop a streetscape and outdoor spaces for the new Noble Hall multi-use building on the Western Carolina University Campus.  Program included an outdoor patio for dining, terrace planter walls, with stair access and accessible entries off of Centennial Drive.  An outdoor lawn with seating and bike racks throughout.
