A full renovation of an existing wellness and fitness facility in Balsam Mountain Preserve, VDC worked to develop the site design for complimentary outdoor spaces around the facility, creating a new entry walkway with arbor and seating as well as outdoor treatment rooms with a central water feature and gathering spaces around the facility.
