VDC & McMillan Pazden Smith Architects were selected through a competitive interview process to design an expension to the community's existing clubhouse and an overhaul of the site design.

Site planning focused on addressing several issues for the clubhouse property including access, parking needs, arrival experience, landscape and stormwater improvements as well as the development of usable outdoor spaces.
