Summary: 70-Acre community built on the mid-century estate of an influential businessman and philanthropist, Harold Thoms. The plan concentrates development in order to preserve over 40% of the site as open space in the form of gardens, parks and meadows. Many of the original buildings are preserved and retrofitted as community facilities.
