Summary: 750 Acre Second-Home Community nestled amongst exposed granite mountain peaks. A sensitive land plan was developed preserving 1/3 of the propery as common space. Amenities include the community 'big house' with fine dining, a fitness center, spa, sports barn, and youth center as well as a boat house on a mountain lake. The architecture reflects an old farm estate and captures the essence of the local architecture.
