A 300+ acre low-impact residential retreat surrounded by state forests. Vision Design Collaborative performed analysis on the land to develop a series of development strategies for the land that would protect the more sensitive areas and maintain the unique character of the site.Additional studies investigated the potential for an ecologically sensitive park amenity including a naturally-filtered pool, open-air pavilion and adventure playground.
