Summary: A 200-acre conservation based community along a picturesque stretch of the Pigeon River, Cold Mountain combines an old world craftsmanship and lifestyle with modern luxuries. The majority of lower, developable land was preserved for the use of the community. The master plan for the lower meadow includes gardens, orchards, fly fishing ponds, a fitness center and river house. An old-english style village sits at the heart of the development.
